June's role here was in support of Dorothy Sebastian, an actress who worked well into the sound era.  June also rejoined John Harron and John Roche.  Both had played opposite June in leading man and/or love-interest roles multiple times.

In this instance it was John who was June's love interest, but she loses him to Dorothy's conniving character, only to regain his love by the end of the film.

Variety, seemingly smitten with June, said "June Marlowe is...demure and reserved in her prettiness...Photoplay felt the film rather daring, as a seduction between the conniver and the hero does take place.  If she then takes him back at the end of the film, June's character must have had a very forgiving heart!

And wouldn't you know it?  For June's next film she plays, of all things, a young innocent.

This film is unavailable for viewing.
