Loosely based on a play by Joseph LeBrandt, June costars as the heroine of the story. The apparent plot twists were so many and so ludicrous that Variety's reviewer gave up on the plot analysis and instead lauded the camera cranker!June played the part of the ward of a rich industrialist who is later murdered. There is not much mystery as to the killer, and the film itself throws in everything from a jail break to the landing of an airplane on the deck of a ship. Reviews would indicate June had little part in any of the shenanigans except to look pretty and otherwise play the love interest to the hero. Come to think of it, I guess that wouldn't be too hard to watch after all.
The review by Variety went on to say "June Marlowe goes through creditably." Considering the compliments of the camera work perhaps this film would be a definite "must-see" given June's photogenic qualities.

June's next release would feature another non-human star, but this time of the equine variety rather than the canine.
